Alarm Systems

Put your mind at ease with the help of alarm systems. Whether it’s a voice pendant communicator, bed alarm or chair alarm, it adds that extra level of security for preventing or responding to falls.

Guardian Alert

This two-way voice pendant communicator doesn’t require any monthly fees and there’s no long term contract. By pressing a single button, the Guardian Alert automatically dials local 911 dispatch. The pendant battery operates for up to a year on stand-by and works in the home and into the surrounding yard.

Freedom Alert

This two-way voice pendant communicator doesn’t require any monthly fees and there’s no long term contract. It can be programmed to call up to 4 contacts at any time from anywhere within the home and the surrounding yard. If the programmed contacts are unreachable, the system can default to call 911. The battery lasts up to 6 months on a single charge.

Bed and Chair Alarms

Bed alarms can alert caregivers to attempted bed, chair and toilet exits by those with a high-fall risk. It’s an easy to use, restraint-free way to be warned when the user attempts to rise and pressure is removed from the sensor. Those who may benefit from the use of a bed or chair alarm include: people with diminished cognitive or mobility skills; those receiving medication that may cause disorientation, drowsiness, dizziness, or frequent urination; people with a history of falls; people prone to getting up in the middle of the night; and people requiring mandatory bed rest.
